As part of your monthly Royalty Fee, your business will gain access to unlimited Help Desk support, Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.00pm AEST or AEDST as applicable). You also receive access to the Visual Approvals Knowledge Base where you can obtain further information by accessing User Manuals and reviewing answers to frequently asked questions.
Through the Knowledge Base you’ll also be able to log and monitor your own Help Desk ticket requests for further support.
